Nationwide Delivery
Artisan Furniture USA provides nationwide delivery across all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed and dispatched from our two fulfilment centres:
- Fairview, New Jersey (East Coast)
- Compton, California (West Coast)
If UPS or FedEx delivers there, so do we. All products are handcrafted from 100% sustainable mango wood at our community-driven factory in Jaipur, India, which is B Corp certified, GMP compliant, and SMETA-audited.
Free Delivery Across the 48 Contiguous States
We proudly offer free delivery to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. This applies to every order, whether a small décor item or a large furniture piece, with no hidden fees.
Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii
Deliveries to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are available but attract a surcharge due to higher carrier costs. Charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination, and are shown before checkout.

USA – Mainland & Regional Exemptions
We offer free delivery across the mainland United States. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico incur surcharges of $90 up to 30 lbs and $3 per additional lb beyond that weight. This ensures transparency and fair cost allocation for harder-to-reach locations while maintaining our free delivery pledge within the contiguous 48 states.
Delivery Timeframe
Typical delivery time is between three (3) and seven (7) business days depending on location. Orders are dispatched from either Fairview, NJ or Compton, CA fulfilment centres, depending on proximity to the final destination, to ensure faster service. Customers receive full tracking details via email, and if a mobile number is provided, may also receive text updates.

All products are packaged to mail-order standards, using protective, high-quality, and recyclable materials wherever possible. This ensures items are well-protected during transit and aligns with our sustainability commitments.
Important Notes & Disclaimer
While we dispatch orders promptly and package them securely, the final leg of delivery is managed by UPS and FedEx. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, peak demand, or courier network disruptions. Accordingly, Artisan Furniture cannot accept liability for such delays or for claims, compensation, or losses (including loss of profit or income).
