We are happy to consider bespoke products. We can provide you with two tiers of bespoke manufacturing:
- Option 1 – When you make minor alterations to a conventional Artisan Furniture piece, this is the simplest form. For example, you could ask for a different style of knob, a different wood finish, a slightly different dimension or a new fabric to replace the old one. The design rights to this product will remain with Artisan Furniture in these cases, and you will be obligated to accept delivery of the stock as soon as it arrives in the United States.
Option 2 – The second type is when you provide us with a completely fresh design and we check to see whether we can make it in wood. We anticipate that the drawing will be very different from any of our existing designs. Once we’ve reached an agreement, the customer will own the design rights to the product and will have exclusive rights to it.
- In all circumstances, Artisan Furniture makes the final decision as to whether a new product falls into option 1 or option 2.

The standard delivery time is from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.
Price on Request and this might marginally vary once the final product is ready (+/- 5%).

We do not accept any cancellations, refunds, changes, or replacements of bespoke products.
A non-refundable 100% deposit is required for all bespoke orders.
Photos will be shared prior to delivery.
Before delivery, the payment must be paid in full; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
